Our services
Initial assessment
Our initial assessments are scheduled for one hour and take place in your home. They include a holistic assessment of movements and the musculoskeletal system, which leads to the creation of a treatment and management plan to enhance recovery, rehabilitation and efficiency of movement.
Price: £70 (plus mileage)
Follow-up appointment
A follow-up appointment includes a review of the treatment plan and application of passive modalities, including acupuncture, kinesio taping and manual therapy. The efficiency of movement coaching to achieve or maintain long-term goals is included in these appointments.
Price: £60 (plus mileage)
Acupuncture
An acupuncture-only appointment includes an assessment followed-by treatment lasting 20-minutes.
Price: £30 (plus mileage)
Kinesio taping
A Kinesio taping appointment includes an assessment followed-by taping lasting 20 minutes.
Price: £30 (plus mileage)
Manual therapy
A manual therapy appointment includes an assessment followed by relevant treatment, which can include manipulation, mobilisation and/or massage of body tissue.
Price: £40 (plus mileage)
